Legendary Serengeti Mobile camp is an intimate camp which moves between three different locations in the Serengeti National Park all year round, following the Great Wildebeest Migration. The Camp offers a luxurious and remarkable safari experience, with Millions of wildebeest herds, Zebras and gazelles, as you explore the beautiful and extensive plains of Serengeti

Legendary Serengeti Mobile Camp has 11 comfortable ensuite guest tents, divided between two camps each with its own private dining and bar area. With great food, friendly staff and luxury accommodation, it certainly ticks all the boxes.

Accommodation

Legendary Serengeti Mobile Camp consists of 11 tents, which make up the accommodation. The camp is split into two, with each being self-sufficient and fully contained, with its own lounge and dining facility. This accommodation offers an ultimate safari experience, as well as a private experience with their own vehicle and guide. The Legendary Group has also established a conservation fund that helps with protecting the area’s wildlife from poachers, as well as supporting the local communities.

Rooms & Facilities

With 11 comfortable luxury en-suite canvas tents, the accommodation is perfect for those seeking for a breathtaking safari experience. Each tent is equipped with twin or king sized beds, en-suite bathrooms, flushing toilets and bucket showers, always ready to be filled with hot water for a refreshing shower. It is also possible to add an extra bed to the tents upon request.

Facilities include mosquito nets around the tent, and gauze on the windows, no air-conditioning or fans, no hair-dryers are permitted due to power supplies.

Activities

Generally, the main activity here is the Game drive. The camp offer each guest or party their own private safari vehicle and an experienced guide, equipped with large windows and pop up roof and a guide for photographic opportunities.

On the other hand, the camp also offers possible activities such as Bush breakfasts, picnic lunches and sundowners. Hot air ballooning is only possible when the camp is in the Western Corridor, while Walking safaris and night drives are available in the Maswa reserve when the camp is in the southern Serengeti/Maswa region.

Location

Since Legendary Serengeti Mobile Camp makes its way between the 3 locations in Serengeti National park each year following the movements of the Migration, these positions are determined by the season of the year, say;

From December to April, the camp is situated in Maswa Game Reserve; nearby the southern plains of the Serengeti. Between mid-may to mid-June, the camp sits in the western Serengeti, whereas the camp moves to the northern plains, between July and November.
